Today we draw your attention to a plastic bag in shape of a water melon slice. The product was also sold online. The green, red, black and white bag was found in the EU member state of Sweden. The brand name is Rusta and type name of this bag is Strandväska Fruit. Product Model/Type Number of this particular bag is 626014060101, the Batch Number is 1777235.
The green plastic of the bag contains an excessive amount of bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) (measured value up to 6.6% by weight). This phthalate may harm the health of children, causing possible damage to their reproductive system. The product does not comply with the REACH Regulation.
This product was withdrawn from the market and we advice consumers that have already purchased this product to cease using it and contact the dealer or retailer where it was bought.
